    What are Ad Types?

    The platform offers two Ad types: For Sale — list stock you want to sell. / Wanted — post products you are looking to buy.
    My Country isn't listed in User "Country" field?

    We have limited resources to keep this website running. Therefore, we have limited countries. Soon, we will add more countries. If you think you have good price/quality stagnant stocks, email us for an exception.
    Some Ads Don't Show Price?
    Answer
    Some sellers may prefer to receive offers instead of setting a fixed price. Many textile mills keep annual stock of products they use regularly. When a product is in short supply and market prices increase, they may choose to sell part of their inventory by inviting offers. When you find such a product, simply click the “Contact WhatsApp” button to negotiate with the Seller

    Is the published goods still available?
    Answer
    We expect sellers to keep their ads up to date. Each ad remains published for three months. At the end of that period, sellers are asked to review and confirm which products are still available for sale.

    Is there a way for fast data entry?

    Yes, we have product category excel templates, ask it from us and we will upload your stock with Excel data transfer
    How about Quality?
    Answer
    Most items are surplus stock from other textile mills. While the quality is generally good, some goods may be second-grade or slightly degraded. We strongly recommend requesting samples before making a purchase decision. If you need more support on quality inspection, please contact us by email.
    Can I return Goods?
    Answer
    Since it is a stagnant stock, Seller must get sample and do inspection prior to payment. Return isn't accepted by Seller. You may try to re-sell it at Stockent.
    How to Filter Products?

    For each category, you’ll find a filter section. While it may appear to have many fields, they are necessary to help users quickly find the products they need.
    Is there a limit for how many ads I can publish?
    Answer
    Yes, It is free 5 "For Sale" ads per company. If you want to publish more than 5, it is a premium service and we will quote you accordingly. To encourage companies, we will accept unto 20 ads for each company till the end of 2026. in January 2027; Basic Subscription; after 5 free ads, it will be 20 usd for additional 10 ads. Each ad will stay published for max. 6 months. Premium Subscription; after 5 free ads, it will be 50 usd for additional 50 ads. Each ad will stay published for max. 6 months.
    How about Payment Terms?

    Payment terms are open to negotiation for both parties. Most of the time it is Cash In Advance. It is taken outside Stockent.
    Direct Conversation to Seller
    Answer
    Yes, you can use this feature. Once you find the product you are interested, then go to conversations tab and click "New" to confidentially contact to Seller. Once you agreed on basic terms, you may share your contact details and continue conversation in another channels like phone calls or emails or WhatsApp.
    How To Buy?

    After you register, we will review and verify your company details. Once your company is approved, you can click the “Contact WhatsApp” button to get in touch with the seller, OR you can use our internal Conversations tab to send message to the Seller. From there, buyers and sellers communicate directly to discuss samples, agree on payment and delivery terms, and complete the transaction.
    What is "Editor" and "Viewer"?

    In Editor mode, you can view and edit only your own ads, as well as create new ones. In Viewer mode, you can browse ads posted by other users. A company can register two users: one user may sell products, while another may search for products to buy. A user can also have both roles and switch between them using the selector in the top-left corner.

    Your WhatsApp username is required during registration (a new WhatsApp feature). You can then add products for sale in each category. Buyers will see a contact button that lets them reach you via your WhatsApp username, helping keep sellers’ phone numbers private initially. OR you may prefer to use our internal Conversations tab to send message to the Seller.

    How to Register?
    Answer
    With your email ID. No need password. Each time you need to login, you will get a code to your email. Please try to login with your company email. Your registration may be rejected if you use private emails.
